Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Expert Mortgage Marketing, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services to help mortgage professionals grow their business. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to offer clear guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Service Agreement Terms

All agreements with Expert Mortgage Marketing are set to auto-renew on a month-to-month basis after the initial term unless canceled in writing. Clients may cancel services by providing a written cancellation notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. If a client cancels before the initial contract term (typically five months), no refunds will be provided, and the client is responsible for all agreed-upon payments for the duration of the term.

1.2 Ad Spend Responsibility

Clients are responsible for maintaining their ad spend payments, which are directly invoiced by social media platforms. Failure to maintain active ad spend will not constitute grounds for a refund or contract termination.

1.3 Post-Cancellation CRM Access

If a client cancels marketing services but wishes to retain access to the CRM system, they may do so for a fee of $250 per month. Clients can request full data export and CRM account deletion upon termination.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Money-Back Guarantee

Clients are eligible for a full refund if the campaign does not generate the aranged revenue within five months, subject to the following conditions: The client must meet all participation requirements, including: Promptly calling leads within 5 minutes of entry. Providing at least 5 videos every single month. Dedicating at least 1 hour per day to engaging with leads. Attending weekly strategy calls and completing assigned tasks. If the client fails to meet these requirements, no refund will be issued.

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

Setup fees and monthly service fees are non-refundable after payment isprocessed and AD spend paid directly to advertising platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.) is non-refundable.

2.3 Lead Quality Disclaimer

While our team ensures high-quality targeting, we do not guarantee conversions from leads into customers.Success depends on the client's ability to follow up, engage, and close deals.

3. Dispute Resolution

We reserve the right to review and determine the eligibility of refunds on a case-by-case basis.
